XGIMI is a high-tech company from China, specializes in designing and producing smart projectors and high-performance laser TVs.  

The company's products are available in over 100 countries, particularly popular in major markets such as the U.S. and Europe. With a global network of more than 5,000 retail stores, XGIMI has established itself as a leader in the projection technology industry.  

The project in Nam Dinh is part of XGIMI's broader strategy to expand its manufacturing capabilities.  

According to the plan, the project will complete its initial procedures by the second quarter of 2025. Construction is slated to begin in the second quarter of 2025 and continue through the second quarter of 2026. Machinery installation and trial operations will take place from the second to the third quarter of 2026, with official production starting in the third quarter of 2026. Once completed, the factory will have an annual capacity of 400,000 units.  

According to the Nam Dinh Industrial Zones Authority, the project has a total investment of 13 million USD, utilizing a 56,694.5 m² area in My Thuan Industrial Park. This is a 100% foreign-invested project with a 47-year operational term from the issuance date of its investment registration certificate. The investor will benefit from attractive incentives, including corporate income tax and import-export tax exemptions and reductions, as well as land rental and usage fee waivers.  

Additionally, the project is eligible for accelerated depreciation policies and increased deductible expenses for taxable income calculations, providing favorable conditions for effective implementation.  

The establishment of XGIMI's factory in Nam Dinh is expected to contribute to the local economy and serve as a catalyst for positioning Nam Dinh as a key destination for high-tech investment in Vietnam.
