On November 3, HARTING, a supplier of applications in automation and mechanical technology inaugurated a new factory in VSIP Industrial Park, Cam Giang District, Hai Duong Province.
HARTING Technology Group is one of the world's leading providers of industrial connectivity technology for 3 areas: Data, Signal and Power. The Group currently has 14 production plants and 44 sales companies located in various countries around the world. The launch of a new factory in Hai Duong, Vietnam is an important step forward. Here, connector products and pre-assembled solutions will be manufactured according to HARTING's proven quality standards.

Speaking at the opening of the new production plant, Mr. Philip Harting, CEO of the Group, shared, "With the new facility in Vietnam, we are creating an important platform in the growing region in Southeast Asia. At the same time, it will provide professional solutions and customized solutions for transmission and networking, energy and data, renewable energy, energy storage, data centers, mechanics, railway technology, shipbuilding, factory automation, machinery and robots.”
Currently, HARTING Vietnam is producing electronic connectors as well as industrial-grade cable assemblies for data transmission. In addition, the Group will expand its capacity in Vietnam to produce heavy-duty electrical connectors used in HARTING's core markets for transportation, automation and machinery.
From a strategic point of view, HARTING Vietnam will constantly expand its capacity and production capacity to serve customers throughout the Asia - Pacific region.
HARTING Technology Group invests millions of dollars in a new factory in Hai Duong. Starting with a production space of about 2,500m2; the existing production area will be expanded. HARTING Vietnam not only serves the domestic market in Vietnam but also prepares to distribute products produced throughout the Asia - Pacific region.
In addition to its headquarters and logistics warehouse located in Singapore, HARTING also has representative offices and business facilities with partners in other regions in Southeast Asia such as Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
