Under the agreement, Vingroup and PV Power will prioritize leveraging each other's products and services to maximize potential, boost business efficiency, and enhance competitiveness.  

Leveraging its expertise in the energy sector, PV Power will explore green energy solutions and energy-saving measures for Vingroup. It will also develop plans to supply electricity to Vingroup and its subsidiaries at competitive prices.  

Meanwhile, Vingroup will facilitate PV Power's efforts to research and install rooftop solar systems at its factories, offices, and infrastructure facilities, as well as at urban developments managed by Vingroup and its affiliates across the country.  

Vingroup previously established V-Green, a company specializing in EV charging infrastructure development. PV Power recently launched its first pilot EV charging station and is preparing to roll out a second station, both in Hanoi. By 2035, PV Power aims to develop a network of 1,000 EV charging stations nationwide.  

Through this partnership, PV Power and its partners will produce and supply high-quality, competitively priced equipment to V-Green. Additionally, the EV charging stations planned and deployed by PV Power between 2025 and 2030 will be transferred to V-Green for further research and development to serve customers.  

V-Green has already mapped out a nationwide network of 150,000 EV charging points for cars and motorbikes. Vingroup stated that with the collaboration of PV Power, the expansion of this network and the transition to green energy are expected to gain significant momentum in the near future.
