VinFast Accelerates Growth in Indonesia with Successful EV Launches

Just over nine months after entering the Indonesian market, VinFast has successfully introduced and delivered two of its popular electric vehicle models: the VF 5 (segment A) and the VF e34 (segment C).

To attract customers, VinFast is offering competitive incentives. In Jakarta, the VF 5’s on-road price is IDR 286,450,000 (including the battery) or IDR 218,250,000 (with a battery leasing scheme). Customers benefit from flexible purchasing options, choosing between battery leasing or outright ownership. Battery leasing starts at just IDR 990,000 per month. Furthermore, customers can enjoy 0% interest, no administration fees, and no service charges for installment payments during the first year.

To reassure customers about their investment in electric vehicles, VinFast offers an attractive buyback policy. Under this program, vehicles can be repurchased at 90% of their value after six months, 86% after one year, 78% after two years, and 70% after three years.

The VF 5 also comes with the market's most comprehensive warranty: seven years or 160,000 kilometers for the car (whichever comes first) and eight years with unlimited mileage for the battery.

VinFast’s booth at Gaikindo Jakarta Auto Week is open to visitors from November 22 to December 1, 2024. The VF 5 delivery ceremony took place on November 22, with test drives for the VF 5 and VF e34 models available starting November 24.
