Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee has approved the zoning planning for the expansion of Tan Truong Industrial Park, with a total investment of over 1,251 billion VND.
According to the plan, Tan Truong Industrial Park is located in the administrative area of Tan Truong and Dinh Son communes (Cam Giang district).
The total planning area is nearly 115.4 ha, of which the industrial park covers 112.6 ha, while the remaining area is for infrastructure planning.
The project investor is Tay Bac Industrial Joint Stock Company.
This will be a modern, advanced, and environmentally friendly industrial park aimed at attracting both domestic and foreign investors. This industrial park focuses on attracting manufacturing sectors such as electrical, electronic and refrigeration equipment, high-tech products for the electronics, information technology, mechanical engineering, machinery and equipment manufacturing, consumer goods, etc.
This industrial park has a utility public works system, including accommodation facilities, commercial services, cultural and sports facilities, healthcare, and green parks for workers in the industrial park.
This project has been delayed for many years due to various difficulties during implementation. It was not until 2021 that the project was restarted. However, the industrial park planning was made a long time ago; it required time for surveys and adjustments to align with the new development orientations of Cam Giang district and Tan Truong commune before restarting.
