The ceremony was attended by Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee Ha Lan Anh, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper Phan Van Hung, along with leaders from various provincial departments, Nam Truc district, Tan Thinh commune, and a large number of local residents from the project area.

The Tan Thinh Industrial Complex covers an area of 50 hectares, situated in Tan Thinh commune, Nam Truc district, Nam Dinh province. It was established under Decision No. 1344/QD-UBND, signed on July 28, 2022, by the Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee, with a total investment of 450 billion VND.

Strategically located on National Highway 21B, a major arterial road of the province, the Tan Thinh Industrial Complex is only 8 km from Nam Dinh City, 31 km from the North-South Expressway, 90 km from Hanoi, 120 km from Noi Bai International Airport, and 92 km from Hai Phong International Port.

In addition to its advantageous road logistics, the Tan Thinh Industrial Complex also offers excellent logistics opportunities via waterways and railways, providing favorable conditions for secondary investors to easily transport materials for production and distribute products to domestic and export markets.

The project’s investor, BMK Group Joint Stock Company, is known for its highly skilled, passionate, and innovative team. During the ceremony, delegates witnessed the signing of agreements between BMK Group and its partners, including BIDV Ha Dong Branch, Viet Tien Nam Dinh Joint Stock Company, Hai Phong Steel and Mesh Materials Joint Stock Company, and Cao Minh Mechanical Co., Ltd., followed by the official groundbreaking of the Tan Thinh Industrial Complex project.
