Bamboo Capital Group, Foxlink, and Micro Electricity have joined forces to develop energy data technologies and service solutions for Bamboo Capital's renewable energy projects and other clients in the ASEAN region.
The three parties will identify suitable renewable energy projects within Bamboo Capital’s portfolio to pilot models for photovoltaic operation and maintenance (PV O&M) and intelligent energy management systems (EMS), with an estimated capacity ranging from 100 to 300 MWp. These efforts will also promote carbon credit services and international renewable energy certificates (IRECs).
As a leading renewable energy developer in Vietnam, Bamboo Capital will leverage its extensive market experience, fostering collaboration and growth across its diverse energy project portfolio. Micro Electricity will contribute comprehensive energy management technologies, while Foxlink, renowned for its advanced component manufacturing capabilities, will help optimize solutions and attract international investment, encouraging high-tech companies to relocate production facilities to Vietnam.
In the initial phase, Bamboo Capital, Micro Electricity, and Foxlink will focus on establishing a joint venture to implement green energy solutions, particularly projects under the direct power purchase agreement (DPPA) mechanism, catering to the growing demand for green energy in Vietnam’s high-tech sector.
