Xanh SM continues to operate the short-term self-driving car rental service, Xanh SM Rentals, during the 2024 Lunar New Year holiday. The service provides flexible rental packages with 100% new cars, a large number of cars, and a variety of VinFast car segments to meet the demand.

The rental car models include the 5-seat VinFast VF 8 (with Eco or Plus versions), VF e34, and VF 5 Plus, which are compact and convenient for city travel, or the spacious 7-seat VinFast VF 9 (with Eco or Plus versions). Xanh SM Rentals' services are priced at 720,000 VND per day when renting a VinFast VF 5 Plus car, with a deposit of 20 million VND compared to the value of a completely new car.

In addition to using a 100% new car, customers can enjoy the advantages of the VinFast electric car, such as a virtual assistant supporting Vietnamese, a 360-degree monitoring system, lane departure and blind spot warning, etc. This helps ensure safety for passengers in the car while also providing the experience of driving electric cars for many people. Besides, the lower fuel cost and maintenance cost of only about 30% compared to gasoline cars are also advantages of VinFast's electric cars.

Customers renting cars for long distances can also use the VinFast charging station system planned on 106 national highways and expressways, with an average distance between two charging stations of only about 65km. This charging station system makes traveling between provinces and across Vietnam by electric car easier. It takes users about 25-30 minutes to charge the battery from 0% to 70%, depending on the product.

Xanh SM is a new transportation brand launched at the beginning of 2023, attracting more than 15 million customers just after only 8 months of launch.
