Doc Da Trang Industrial Park project (Khanh Hoa) invested by Viglacera Yen My has just been approved with a total investment capital of more than 1,800 billion VND, scale of 288 hectares.
Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai has just signed Decision No. 234/QD-TTg approving the investment in the infrastructure investment and business project of Doc Da Trang Industrial Park, Khanh Hoa province. Viglacera Yen My Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company is the project investor.
The project has an area of 288 hectares in Van Phong Economic Zone; and was deployed in Ninh Hoa town, with a total investment capital of 1,807.474 billion VND, of which the investor's capital contribution is 271.121 billion VND.
The project's operating term is 50 years from the date the project is approved for investment policy and investor approval.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Planning and Investment to take responsibility for assigned contents, including appraising project investment policies and implementing state management of industrial parks according to the investment law and relevant regulations.
Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information, reporting data, statistics, inventory of land and forests, current status of land and forest use, and appraisal contents according to the provisions of law; Responsible for the project's conformity with plans approved by competent authorities; receive opinions from ministries and branches.
Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai also requested the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province to direct the Van Phong Economic Zone Management Board and relevant agencies to guide, inspect and supervise investors in implementing the plan and completing construction procedures according to the provisions of construction law; ensure the location and the scale of the project are consistent with the project investment policy approved by competent authorities; The project's land use structure and environmental safety distance comply with national technical regulations on construction planning and other relevant legal regulations; Attract investment projects in industrial parks under regional development orientations and links between the North Central region and the Central Coast according to regulations.
