According to the agreement, the project's cooperation structure will be divided with Kim Oanh Group holding a 51% stake, while the three Japanese partners—Sumitomo Forestry, Kumagai Gumi, and NTT Urban Development—will collectively hold a 49% stake.

"The One World" township project, located in Thuận An City, Bình Dương Province, covers nearly 50 hectares, with a total investment capital exceeding 1 billion USD.

The project is divided into six component projects, with plans to prioritize the construction of key amenities including a convention and exhibition center, a shopping center, a 5-star hotel, an international school. The project is expected to be officially introduced to the market in 2025.

On this occasion, Kim Oanh Group also signed a development cooperation agreement for a shopping center within "The One World" township project with AEON Vietnam. Accordingly, AEON Vietnam will develop and operate a large-scale premium shopping center within "The One World" township project.
