OKXE, a Vietnamese e-commerce platform specializing in AI and Big Data-driven online motorcycle transactions, inaugurated its first motorcycle service station in Hanoi. The station operates under the Online to Offline (O2O) model, offering motorcycle buying and selling services along with repairs through the OKXE Care technician team.
Customers can witness the motorcycle preparation process in the studio area and assess motorcycle models through detailed visuals on the OKXE application platform. The company's previous success with the O2O model in Ho Chi Minh City motivated this expansion.
The service station sets stringent eligibility criteria for motorcycles, including origin and legal documents. A 1-year warranty policy covering 10 maintenance categories is also provided.
Ms. Trang Vu, Vice President of OKXE, noted the positive market response to their efforts. The expansion aligns with the company's commitment to improving user experiences.
Since 2018, OKXE has aimed to simplify online motorcycle transactions using AI and Big Data technology. The service station launch reinforces their commitment to enhancing the Vietnamese motorcycle industry.
