Customers can witness the motorcycle preparation process in the studio area and assess motorcycle models through detailed visuals on the OKXE application platform. The company's previous success with the O2O model in Ho Chi Minh City motivated this expansion.
The service station sets stringent eligibility criteria for motorcycles, including origin and legal documents. A 1-year warranty policy covering 10 maintenance categories is also provided.
