The Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee recently decided to establish two new industrial clusters: the Viet Hoa West Industrial Cluster in Hai Duong City with an area of 59.9 hectares and the Thai Tan Industrial Cluster in Nam Sach District with an area of 75 hectares.
According to Decision No.981/QD-UBND, the Viet Hoa West Industrial Cluster, located in Viet Hoa District, Hai Duong City, will have an investment of over VND732 billion. Once the Viet Hoa West Industrial Cluster is completed, manufacturing facilities currently located in the Tay Ngo Quyen Industrial Cluster in the city center will be relocated to the new industrial cluster. In addition, the new industrial cluster aims to attract other polluting manufacturing facilities from the Hai Duong City area.

In addition, according to Decision No.979/QD-UBND, a Thai Tan Industrial Cluster will be established in the communes of Thai Tan, Nam Hong, and Hong Phong in Nam Sach District.

The industrial cluster will be developed by GP Invest in two phases. The first phase will run from Q2 2024 to the end of Q4 2025, and the second phase from Q1 2026 to the end of Q4 2028.
