Meeting with THACO KIA staff participating in supervising KIA vehicle production in Uzbekistan

From February 15 to May 25, 2024, 25 employees of THACO KIA Factory (belonging to THACO AUTO Group) will participate in supervising the production of Kia Sonet cars for ADM Company - Uzbekistan, according to the training agreement signed on April 14, 2023.

In 2023, THACO KIA factory was selected by KIA Group as a partner to train production technology processes and support supervision of Kia Sonet car line trial production for ADM - Uzbekistan company.

After 4 rounds of training on production processes and production lines at THACO KIA factory for more than 200 employees who are managers and technical staff at ADM Company, on February 15, THACO KIA sent personnel to work at ADM Company - Uzbekistan to directly supervise the production process.

During the supervising support, THACO KIA factory will monitor and supervise the body component welding process, weld quality, and vehicle body accuracy measurement; The process of sealing and painting the body; assembly process of separate components; evaluate the complete assembly of the vehicle model to meet the technical requirements and quality standards of the global KIA Group.

At the same time, THACO KIA engineers also share methods for handling technical errors after each stage, actively providing technical support to the management team, engineers, technical staff and workers of ADM company to complete the project on time.

Previously, on February 7, 2024, THACO AUTO also held a meeting for THACO KIA factory personnel participating in production supervision at ADM - Uzbekistan company.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Doan Dat Ninh - Deputy General Director of THACO AUTO in charge of the Production Division - shared his experience working abroad, cultural integration, and expected the staff to uphold responsibility and compliance.
