The Japan Desk is a cross-sectoral coordination body led by the Management Board of Dong Nai Industrial Zones as the standing agency. It provides one-stop advisory services to Japanese businesses investing in Dong Nai.

The Japan Desk will act as a bridge between Japanese companies and Dong Nai Province, and respond to requests and problems of Japanese investors that arise in the process of investment and project development in Dong Nai Province.

According to the decision, the Japan Desk office will be located at the headquarters of the Dong Nai Industrial Park Management Committee. Duong Thi Xuan Nuong, Deputy Director General of Dong Nai Industrial Park Management Board, has been appointed to head the Japan Desk.

Other members of the Japan Desk include representatives from the Department of Planning and Investment, the Department of Industry and Trade, and the Department of Foreign Affairs.
