VOV.VN - Official data recently released by the Cambodian government reveals that Vietnam continued to secure its position among the top investing countries in Cambodia in 2024.

According to the latest survey conducted by JETRO, Vietnam remains the leading country in the ASEAN region for Japanese businesses looking to expand their investments.

In 2024, Vietnamese investors launched 164 new overseas projects and adjusted 26 existing investments, with total investment capital reaching nearly 664.8 million USD.

This achievement far exceeds the goals set by the governments of both countries.

Although registered foreign investment in 2024 decreased slightly compared to the previous year, disbursed capital reached a record high of 25.35 billion USD.
